Current CWDesign projects include August 1 Five and Hotel Via. August 1 Five is a restaurant and bar at 524 Van Ness. CWD takes a contemporary

approach with classic themes of bold peacock and maharaja art, fabrics with metallic sheen, rich velvets on the seductive booths to reflect the modern Indian

cuisine. Hotel VIA at 144 King St in SF is 14 store 160 key boutique hotel opening in early 2017. The project includes a 3500 square foot bar and lounge on the main

floor, and a 5000 square foot Rooftop lounge overlooking the city.
